What is our returns policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from All Blacks Shop. If for any reason you’re not happy with any of the items, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange it for another style, size or colour that you may prefer.
You can return the by sending them back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip to insure full credit.
After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service within 10 days of delivery by email [email protected] or phone NZ freephone 0800 4227467 or outside NZ +64 3 222-2050.
Please supply customer service with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Customer service will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
All Blacks Shop will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item in a timely manner. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Do you have any Returns Exceptions?
Our Standard Return Policy does not apply to all items. The following are our exceptions: Personalised Products and Autographed Collectibles. All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned.
What is the Returns Process?
You can return the item/s by sending them back to us within 30 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip, a reason for your return and clear instructions on what you would like us to do with your returned item/s. We will replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
