Pre-Order T&C’s

    1. Payment: Your payment will be charged immediately upon pre-ordering.

    2. Release date: The release date of the pre-ordered product is an estimate only and may be subject to change. We will make our best effort to update you on any changes to the release date.

    3. Other products: Other products in the order will be shipped at the same time as the pre-ordered product/s. If you need other products earlier then please place separate orders.

    4. Cancellation: Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the release date for a full refund.

    5. Delivery: Pre-ordered items will be shipped or made available for pickup on or after the release date. We will notify you via email when your pre-order is ready for delivery or pickup.

    6. Stock availability: Pre-ordering a product does not guarantee availability. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will provide a full refund.

    7. Price: The price of the pre-ordered item may be subject to change. If the price changes between the time you pre-order and the release date, you will be charged the lower price.

    8. Returns: Our standard return policy applies to pre-ordered items. Please see our website for more information on our return policy.

    9. Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of pre-order items per customer.

    10. Other terms: By pre-ordering a product, you agree to be bound by our standard terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the pre-order.
