That’s why we offer a variety of payment options depending on your shipping location. For all ordering locations, we accept Stripe and Paypal for credit card transactions. In addition, for our customers in New Zealand, we also offer the option to use Afterpay, ZIP and Laybuy for “buy now, pay later” options. Additionally, we support Poli bank transfer for NZ customers. For select international locations, we also support Alipay, JCB, UnionPay, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay and IDeal. Whether you prefer to pay with a credit card, bank transfer, or buy now pay later option, we have something that will work for you.

At the All Blacks Shop, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee* on all of our products. If you need to process a refund or exchange, simply contact our customer service team to start the process. Once we have received your returned items and they are in perfect condition with all tags attached, we will issue a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued through the same payment portal they were made and can take up to 14 days to process.

*Please note that our money-back guarantee does not apply to select items such as final sale or personalised products. If an item is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, we will not be able to issue a refund until a claim with Route or NZ Post has been completed and approved. In case of damaged or faulty items, evidence of the damage before arrival will be required and a claim with Route or delivery partner may delay the refund or replacement process.

At the All Blacks Shop, we understand that finding the perfect gift can be a challenge. That’s why we offer the convenience of gift cards. Our gift cards can be purchased online and are delivered via email. For security reasons, vouchers purchased online must be applied to an email address. This email address can either match the order email or be sent to another email address. We take security seriously and lock these vouchers to protect your purchase. If you would like to remove this restriction, please contact us from the purchaser’s email or voucher owner’s email address, and we will assist you.

The All Blacks Shop is the official retailer of all officially licensed New Zealand rugby apparel. We offer a wide range of products including All Blacks, Black Ferns, Maori All Blacks, Sevens, Super Rugby, and provincial rugby gear. Our selection includes jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other accessories, all bearing the iconic All Blacks logo and colors. In addition to supporting the national teams, we also sell merchandise for other teams and tournaments taking place in New Zealand. As the official fulfilment partner for New Zealand Rugby (NZR), the All Blacks Shop is committed to providing customers with the highest quality, officially licensed products. However, due to strict licensing guidelines and agreements, as well as logistics and manufacturing limitations, there may be certain items, teams, or products that are not available for purchase through our shop. This can include products that are only available elsewhere or items that don’t exist at all. Our strict guidelines ensure that we only offer products from official suppliers, and that we do not support the selling of unofficial merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter. We strive to provide a wide range of options for our customers while also protecting the authenticity and quality of all products.

At the All Blacks Shop, we understand that finding the perfect fit can be a challenge. That’s why we strive to provide as much information as possible to help you make an informed decision when purchasing our products. While sizing can vary among our styles and suppliers, we do our best to provide size guides for as many products as possible.

Our size guides come in three versions:

• In-house measurement – All you need to do is grab a similar product measurement from your home and match it with our guide for the best fit. We always measure side seam to side seam
• Supplier size guides, which we have sourced directly from the supplier.
• Additionally, a separate tab at the bottom of most products features an Adidas generic size guide.

Yes! The All Blacks Shop offers personalization options for a wide range of our products, including jerseys, tops, and caps. We have a dedicated personalization warehouse where we carefully customize each item using high-quality heat transfer and press techniques to ensure a quality finish that will last. We’ve been personalizing items for over 5 years and are always exploring new ways to create even more opportunities for our customers to personalize their gear. However, it’s important to note that all personalised products are final sale and we do not accept returns. Please ensure you have read our personalisation terms and conditions before placing an order for a personalised item.
