• Click and Collect is available from the Wigram Showroom / Warehouse located in Wigram, Christchurch.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed ready for collection. An additional 1-3 days should be allowed for back-ordered products or products with personalisations.
  • Click and Collect is free and becomes available if Canterbury is your chosen shipping destination.
  • Click and Collect must be made during Wigram Showroom opening hours which are traditionally Mon – Fri, 9am – 4pm. However these hours are subject to change.
  • Only items purchased will be available for collection but returns and exchanges are possible in person and a separate transaction can be created if the collector wishes to purchase something else.
  • Purchasers will be emailed once the order is is ready for collection order status.
  • Wigram Showroom is located at unit 7, 1 Stark Drive, Wigram, Christchurch. Located underneath Mainland Roofing and opposite Meshino Cafe.
