Covid-19 Updates

Update 27/04/2020

With New Zealand at Covid-19 level 3 from 28th April 2020 all website orders will be available for shipping worldwide. With many businesses operating in an online environment and requiring delivery services we could expect delays in shipping deliveries. Any major changes or delays will be updated here or communicated directly to the customer. International shipping may be impacted by individual country restrictions at any time.

Update 9/4/2020

All Blacks Shop have been working with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and have been given permission to resume online trading for a selected and approved range of products during the COVID-19 Alert Level 4 lockdown.

You can now order a range of products that have been approved by MBIE – please see our Approved Products Category

With winter around the corner All Blacks Shop has prioritised items that can keep New Zealanders warm and active while they’re living at home in isolation.

These items include jackets, scarfs, beanies, hoodies and socks to ensure New Zealanders can stay active and healthy through walking and running in your neighbourhood, or working out at home.

Most importantly we can deliver our products safely and adhere to Government guidelines. We have implemented stringent policies to ensure health and safety guidelines are met to deliver specific winter products, safely, and with no contact.

You can still browse our full range of products, but should be aware that non-approved items will not be shipped until the lock-down period has finished. If an order includes a combination of products approved for shipping now as well as other items, the order will not be shipped until non-essential delivery resumes. Our customer service team are available via email or phone to clarify if a product is approved for shipping.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and the entire country are of utmost importance to us at this time and we remain committed to adhering to Government guidelines while we fulfil your orders.


This will be contactless. Until advised otherwise by the Government, our delivery protocols will limit interaction and physical contact. Couriers will be required to leave customer parcels at a safe location, out of public sighting at the designated delivery address. Customers will not need to sign for parcels.

We will endeavour to deliver your order in 5-7 days.

Existing Orders:

If you have an existing order with us for an item we cannot currently deliver under Government guidelines, we will get this order to you as soon as Government guidelines allow.

Please note: there are delays in some delivery services that are outside our control.

To help prevent the further spread of COVID-19, many flights have been suspended, reduced or cut to affected regions. Because of this, we are seeing a big drop in available capacity and an increase in surcharges with the airlines our couriers work with to send your parcels overseas.

So, to enable us to continue to deliver, we need to suspend normal services during the pandemic, and introduce International Surcharges additional to standard rates. Delivery targets will also differ from normal.

These surcharges will stay in place until airline capacity supply is back to normal, but in the meantime may continue to change.

Update 25/3/2020

Due to Covid-19, on Wednesday 25th March, New Zealand will go into lock-down. There will be many implications on all of us, and the ability of businesses to operate as they normally would will be impacted, including here at the Official All Blacks Online Store. The great news is that will remain live for our fans around the world to continue ordering great rugby product!

However, no orders will be shipped until the end of the lock-down period unless we are told otherwise.

We will be monitoring the situation daily to ensure orders can be fulfilled as soon as the opportunity becomes available.

Our online and customer service team are still ready to assist you with your shopping experience. All normal email addresses and contact numbers will be available (we will have less personnel though so if you can’t get through then try again later)
